Select the strange mood dwarf and go back into (DFHack -> gui/launcher -> gui/gm-editor) and change the "mood: *" to "mood: -1 (None)". Now the strange mood is gone, but you still need to reset their resulting poor mood to completely snap them out of it.The Dwarf will go into a bad mood, sometimes it's fine, but sometimes it can be violent, so best to pause it again before they attack someone. There should be a blank job task showing, click the far right "X". Now exit out of DFHack and select the workshop that the strange mood dwarf had claimed.
